Mongoose kart - Refund issues

I had purchased a dress and while buying online I checked for return and then said return is available. The product I received wasn't what they had showed and was in really bad quality. I informed them I wanted to return but now there's no response from their end , they aren't responding and they have blocked my number as well. I want to return and what my money back.
