ESH Creation and Rimsha wear - Refund issues

I ordered womens Rayon Embroidery Top of rs*** from ESH Creation and classic glamourous women shirts of rs*** from Rimsha wear on **th July.
The product delivered on **th July. I had
returned the above two products by **th July.
As meesho is claiming that refund has initiated on **th July but I didn't get my refund yet.
I have shared my Bank account statement plus my link UPI I'd statement but meesho still failed to resolve my concern till date.
