I have ordered Peter scot malt whisky from Deliveryexperts.in on **/**/**** and prior to ordering i have asked them whether they are able to deliver the product to ****** pin code after confirming from them i have ordered and they said the product will be delivered within *hours so i made the payment through online. On **/**/** they responded and mailed me they are cancelling the order due to undelivered within time and reflected the paid amount to deliveryexperts.in wallet. I have mailed them several times and calling to customer care to reach out but they are not at all responding to my mails and calls.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
