Amazon Pay - Refund Issue

Dear sir,
I had purchase a product from lenskart. I make a payment from amazon pay, amount had been deduct from amazon pay account, but order amount is still pending. Then i make a payment from sbi net banking and now order payment is succesful.
I have paid two times for my order, so i cancel my order to get my money back. But amazon customer says lenskart did not refund so they are not send my money, and lenskart said they did not accept any amount.
Please help me. I had call so many times in customer care and mail them.
