I have pay the electricity bill on phone pe , amount is debited from my account but the transaction shown time out, but my money is debited from my bank account, I call customer care they told me they don't have any data regarding that you have to wait for * weeks Nd after that we will give you tha answer actually what happened, I am waiting for * weeks after that again call them , they don't have answers Nd they told you have to one more week for response. They won't give satisfactory answer, I want money back as soon as possible.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
