APSRTC Super Luxury - Refund issue

I had booked a bus ticket worth *** rupees, but unfortunately, the service was cancelled with out any prior notification. I didnot receive any cancellation message or call. After reaching my boarding point and making serveratl attempts to contact customer care, I was informed by the depot manger that service had been cancelled. After the next day, I received the cancellation message. Tried multiple times for refund over emails and connected with Depo manger as well. No refund issued yet. Please find the ticket details below and process the refund and compensation at the earliest.
