I booked an airline ticket on Adam Vacations (https://www.adamvacations.com), an online travel agency and airline consolidator, via Etihad Airways from Chicago to Bangalore with a stopover in Abu Dhabi. The booking was made on February *, ****, for travel on June **, ****.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the ticket. I initially communicated with Etihad Airways, who directed me to cancel through Adam Vacations since the ticket was booked via a travel agency.

On April **, ****, I contacted Adam Vacations regarding the cancellation of my ticket. They confirmed the cancellation and assured me of a refund on April **, ****. However, since then, no refund has been processed despite providing all the necessary details.
