BRS MAID SERVICE - Refund issue

I was in need of a house maid and i had requested for the same in Sulekha.Later I got a cal from BRS MAID SERVICE and after talking to the person i decided to take the service.Mr.Sharath visited my home with a maid on **.**.**** and I paid him Rs *****/- as Advance and remaining *k i told him it will be paid after the maid joins and the maid agreed to come for the job from **.**.****.Later the same evening Mr.Shartah forwarded me some new profile on watsapp and after calling him ,he said the maid dint agree and hence I have forwarded the new maid profile..After * days also I had not got any maid in person and decided to not take any service from them and hence requested them the advance amount paid **k..Since *.**.**** I'm fed up of following with them regarding the refund and they r simply dragging the issue with giving some reason as it has to be processed through account section .Not even a single minute I have taken thier service but still not refunding the amount..Pls don't take any service from this company and this is the worst I have faced...the following people are responsible for my loss..
