Pareek Agencies Pvt Ltd - Refund issue

I was traveling from Pune to Sangli on ** Feb **** midnight/ early morning of **th February a ticket was booked for **th however the booking was taken by default for **th and booked@ rate ₹***/- per seat plus GST approx amount rs ****/- for that I have paid the complete amount , after that I noticed that booking was wrong, immediately tried for cancellation, but system not accepted, I communicated same on next morning to cancel the same, before bus starting from its starting point. Now nobody bothered about the refund the amount, however the seats were rebooked for another passengers. Kindly look into the matter otherwise Red Bus force me to go legally for further process
