Zudio Chennai - Refund issue

I have paid * times for a single purchase.
Cashier from Zudio told that it will be refunded within **hrs, now its been more than * days still I didn't see my refund of Rs.****.
I have spoke to Gpay customer support and they have confirmed that I have paid * times also Zudio should refund the amount from their end.
I hope I will get my refund Asap and also I'm having transactions proofs to submit.
