Hi Team,
Refund issue with Airtel broadband services.
We have first requested the team to upgrade our plan, After a week with no response from them, we called customer care multiple times to know the status after multiple follows up they finally asked us to pay the amount for up-gradation which we paid and they said within ** to ** Hrs they will get back to us but even after a week no response it took another week same issue after getting fed up with the service. We have raised a refund request for the same and they kept on canceling or posting saying some technical issue from their end its been * month now no proper response or refund has been received in spite of giving all the details to them .
Can you please help us get our refund, please?
