AG JEWELS AND FASHION - Refund issue

I bought two bedsheets from AG JEWELS AND FASHION on *th October worth Rs.**** out of which one was defective..so i returned that nd asked for refund but first of all she was not answering my calls nd then she sent me a msg dt i should adjust in another order but i don't hv enough time to watch her videos nd buy smthing..dn once again today i asked for refund nd she send me a voice note dt she has already refunded,,i asked her for proof ,dn again she started ignoring..she has mentally harassed me , so i want compensation of ***** now so dt she should learn how one can be torturted..m js so much distresses..she didn't even provide me the bill at that time nd i have only Google pay payment screenshot nd the parcel opening videos
