It is almost more than * months I am waiting for my refund from travelook for booking flight ticket. I called customer care several times but no response. Every time I am calling they are telling due to technical issues refund is delayed. But this is really a fraud
No one is responding properly. I also dropped mails to customer support. There is no proper esclation team also only one number is working. It is completely fraud. Don't book tickets in this website.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
