I wish to complain about my (asus tuf, M*NRCX**X*****A ) that I purchased on (**/**/**** and sun computers palakkad kerala ).

I am complaining because from the day I purchased this product i couldnt use this product due to heavy frame dropping issues which affected my work. To resolve this problem I have i given the product to authorized service centers more than * or * times, still im facing the same frame droping issue, Im not at all happy with the products perfomance what i payed for .

When I first learned this problem, I contacted Mr dinesh (**/**/****) at your company, and was send to your main branch service center at kochin and stiill couldnt find a solution about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair from such a reputed company like asus. I would like to replace my current product with a new one or get my amount which i payed for this product and i dont want any other solution for this problem other than this two solutions , i dont want anyother service or parts replacment to be done on my current product, i dint purchased a product to change its hardware parts before even a month of purchase ,

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem without any further delays . If I do not hear a postive response from ypure side soon I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I may be contacted at the above address and phone number.my only concern is that i need my amount as a compensation im not ready for any other solution made by them, im not at all happy with this product, so i request you to take necessary action
