Wonderchef nutripot - Refund issue

I have purchased wonderchef nutripot *ltrs.
From wonderchef website..
When it was received to me..
Its inner pot has obnoxious smell
Which is very risky for my health plus having broken lid...
I am fully dissatisfied with product.
So I contact to customer care and asked for refund...
They are so pathetic..
At first they are saying replacement of product but I want refund as I don't liked quality at all..
Maine daily daily emails bheje tab jake woh log refund ko mane..
Toh unhone mujhse bank details mangi jo required hai...
Then I sent those details but no response coming from them....
Help me!
