I had booked a flight via Travelook on April *, ****. The money got deducted from my account but I didn't get a confirmation on my ticket. One of their executives called me saying, the airline has not confirmed the ticket due to some operational issues. We are initiating the refund. It has been * days and I have not received my refund yet.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
