I had booked a ticket on **th Jan **** from Mumbai to Indore but it got cancelled due to surge in fares.
I received mail saying ticket got cancelled and refunded would be initiated.
At first they mentioned you will receive refund in **-** working days. Then said *-** days as there is some operational issue. Now they are saying its processed from our end you need to reach out to your bank but they are not sharing transaction reference even after making several calls and emails. They make excuses like our email team is not available, supervisor is not available. Such a fraud company fooling people.
Please help me with my refund.
