Colive Garnet - Refund Issue

I have joined colive garnet and they said initially as a security deposit we need to pay **,*** and that will be refundable at the time of checking out and now at the time checking out they are showing me as * refundable amount according to DYD offer. At the time of joining they haven't informed me anything or not in the middle also. I haven't got any email or text message or a voice call regarding this information but they are just saying our staff has already informed.
