Magicbricks Realty Services Limited - Refund Issue with Magic Bricks

One sales person Prashant Goswmi called me and said please pay a fee of
**** and we will give cheap home loan with cashback and refund and if you are
not satisfied we will refund your money. They are brokers to provide home loan
I even went via them to one bank and are asking me to buy a costly home loan.
I without there support took loan from a bank at cheap rate they are saying we
are giving rate home loan a this rate you haveto take it to get your money back.
this is injustice they promised without any issue they will give the money back if
I am not satisfied They have tie ups with bank in which they want to earn
commission and then give me money. The sales person is also fighting with the
company to give refund however they are not giving money until I take loan via
them.
