Kanak next fashion - Refund issue Money not got back

I ordered for kids kurta from Kanak next fashion
which costs *** rupees on ** April **** and I recieved its delivery on * May ****. But I was not satisfied with the derss due to its wrong size. So, I asked for refund of that order. AND that kurta has been picked but no money is transferred in my account.
So,I want my ₹*** which I have lost to get back.
