Happyeasygo India Private Limited - Refund issue from Happy Easy Go

I had booked a flight ticket through Happy Easy Go for travel date **rd Nov ****, from Mumbai to Bangalore. I had booked for three passenger including myself. The booking ID is ******************. I had received notification before the travel date from the airline that the flight has been canceled and thereafter refund was made immediately by the Airline. However, the refund was made to Happy Easy Go. Upon calling Happy Easy Go, I was told to wait for ** days as this company has a policy for refund. The ticket was booked for total amount of Rs. **** and this company received the full amount from the Airline. I called Happy Easy Go after ** days and they asked me wait for additional ** days. This happened several time as every time I called them they gave me the same answer to wait for ** days. Since November **** until today I.e, **st March ****,, this company has kept my money and using it. They are ignoring my call request and hence I want to claim full refund of principal amount plus interest and other charges included in this follow up process. Requesting Voxya to help in this matter and settle the amount with interest and other charges totalling to Rs.****.
