Dear Sir/ Madam,
I ordered four car tires on **th Jan**** through online payment and will be delivered on **/**/**** , but they cancelled my order on **/**/**** . I called customer care for the same no updates after a long waiting time. As per policy * to ** days one has to receive refund. But till today not received refund and many times I called answer is, wait for ** days, already * months passed. Its a request to your team to resolve the issue.
