United Colours Of Benetton - Refund issue

I have ordered a pair of jeans from their site on ** nd Feb which was delivered to me in bad condition it looked like used one. I returned the product but since then I have not received my refund. It was a cod order. On connecting with customer care I was informed to wait for ** days from the date of return. It’s already ** days since then. Every time I am calling ether they are not responding or they just say “ you will get payu link soon” I feel cheated, kindly help!! the order number is P********
