Airtravel Enterprises India Limited - Refund is pending

I booked a flight from London to Cochin for the date ** January **** and the flight got cancelled by the flight operator due to Covid. The flight ticket was booked through travel agent Airtravel Enterprises India Limited and I applied for refund. They said it will take maximum two months to get the refund from Flight operator. Now it's * months after I applied to the refund and still this travel agent is not paying back my refund. I am sure that the travel operatory Air India refunded the amount back to the travel agent but they are delaying the refund.
