I am writing to file a complaint regarding an unresolved refund from QNet. It has been over seven months since I initiated my refund request, yet I have not received the amount. I have contacted QNet’s customer support multiple times, but each attempt has been met with unsatisfactory responses and no concrete action towards resolving my issue.
This delay has significantly impacted my personal and financial well-being, leading to considerable stress and hardship. When I made the payment, I was assured of a smooth refund process if needed. However, the prolonged delay has left me disappointed and financially strained.
I kindly request your assistance in mediating this matter to expedite my refund from QNet. I hope to reach a resolution soon, as this situation has already caused considerable inconvenience.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
