Mmz store - Refund is not received

I have ordered cute girl frok on * April from Meesho.it received on *th April but it's to small so I return that order on same day. On * th april delivery boy received return product. But still now I can't get my refund amount. I cantinuoes calling meesho about my refund but they told me we given that amount to you. After that I got my bank mini statement in which there is no any amount credited from Meesho to my account. I want my money back.
