Meesho - Refund is not issued by merchant for the failed transaction

I have escalated this many times but the Meesho team is not responding properly. I have created a ticket to check on the specific transaction. Source Bank has confirmed that the amount is successfully credited to Meesho account. But the transaction was failed at Meesho end and No Order is generated. I wish to escalate a grievance regarding a failed order and refund issue with Meesho. I had placed an order for three items worth rupees *** , and the transaction was marked successful. However, the order failed on Meesho's end, and despite multiple follow-ups with their customer care, I have not received my refund. The transaction was made using UPI with reference number ************ on **-Nov-****, TIme between **:**PM to **:**PM, and the registered mobile number is **********. I have also provided supporting screenshots and all necessary details to Meesho’s team but have received no resolution or clear response.
