Meesho app MJ Garments - Refund is not initiated

My complain is about my the product I returned and yet i didn't get the refund.As they accepted the product but didn't initiated the refund because I claimed with images of the product.....but they said I have reinitiate the return process with appropriate evidence.When I returned product how I can have evidences of product what I had already returned the product.
