When I have subscribed to this platform they **** rupees for one year. I have opted for Autopay option. But they is no prior information from ott play regarding the subscription last date or payment related information. They deducted the total amount ****/- rupees from my amount. I have called the platform and asked the refund. They telling that we don't have refund policy. They are telling that Sorry for inconvenience. I have proof of debit and I have yearly plan details. Now yearly plan is only ***/- rupees. We are the middle class people. They is not fair to debit this amount without prior information. Please help me with refund
