meesho - Refund is not given

I have ordered Women's Maxi Anarkali gown of cost **** in cash on delivery mode. Received the wrong product. After contacting the help center person it has been conveyed that it has not been delivered by them. How come the ordered placed in Meesho can be delivered by other dealer, Is information in given in Meesho getting leaked out? How come the third person comes to know my name, address and what I ordered in meesho with rate? Finally as a customer I became the victim. No proper resolution is given by the help center person neither through the mail also. Tired of reaching meesho help center and totally frustrated as it is ordered for my daughter's birthday and her birthday has gone where the proper dress nor the refund not reached me yet . Totally tired in reaching them and frustrated in following them too.
