Vcare Clinic - Refund is not being provided

I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the treatment I have been receiving. It has been over three months, and I have completed five sessions, yet I see no improvement in my skin condition. In fact, I have developed severe acne and pimples, particularly after the last two laser sessions.
I have maintained photo evidence to demonstrate the lack of progress and the worsening of my condition.

Given that I have paid ₹**,***, this situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Adding to it, the products does not suits my skin and also even the doctor advised to get other sunscreen from outside.

I kindly urge you to take this matter seriously and respond at the earliest. They have already mentioned after * sessions i would see result but its been * sessions which i have started from April **th and still not even a single change.

I will have no option but to request a full refund except the products. But even the products are of no use. I even reached out to v care support team, they made me wit for nearly * weeks and provided to pay only **,*** (pending sessions) which is not acceptable and they have not taken my issue seriously.
Kindly escalate asap and provide a resolution!!
