Indian eagle , Maharashtra (Instagram page) mobile no : 9653156631 - Refund is not being processed

On the *th of Feb **** i received my order from Indian Eagle of a watch for which i paid **** rupees in cash.
After opening my product i was not satisfied with it so i immediately placed an order for exchange initially but as i wasnt sure about the quality of other produtcs i requested a refund. So after this they asked me to call the number available on their instagram handle and ask for a return. The man in have been speaking to answered my calls in the beginning and agreed to accept my return request and told me i will follow up on the same and call you back.

I call him everyday since then and he has been cutting my calls and blocking my number.

A few days later he answered my call saying he is travelling and the office is closed and he will call me back the next day.

I have called him a lot of times yesterday and today and he is just disconnecting my call.

I request you to kindly look into this as this is outright fraud being committed by this person and his instagram handle.
