I've paid for my order in cash but because of the fitting issue, I returned it on *st March ****. According to their return policy, if you have paid in cash you'll not get the refund in your bank account but as pantaloons credits which you have to use for next purchase from the same site. Today is **th March and refund have not accounted in credits also, whereas their refund policy shows it'll be initiated in *-* business days. I've already sent an email and called customer care regarding same and they are responding without any further action.
