I have ordered from blinkit, later i came to know it was misplaced, so I asked for cancellation and they have cancelled my order and they have processed the refund via Coupon where as I don't have any information about it, they have to ask me before proceeding with the refund via Coupon, they should take consent from me but without doing anything they just transferred via Coupon, and now they are telling if I don't utilise that coupon it will expire in *minth which is very bad,
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
