Swiggy Vizag - Refund initiated but not credited to my account

Arnab Roy filed complaint against Swiggy Vizag on Feb 8, 2019

Swiggy has provided bad quality food first of all then when i complained they have initiated refund of Rs *** on **th Jan to my bank account and even after *th Feb no refund is credited to my account and when i contacted them they told me to visit branch with " txn_uuid: dfvotxshorzd*q*b" but when i visited bank they denied to help as refund should have been initiated from swiggy end only.....i'm not getting my refund please help.

Swiggy Vizag – Wrong amount and bad food quality Closed

The swiggy delivery boy delivered bad quality uneatable food and the food was delivered in zomato packaging and the amount bill was less than the charge taken.
