Travelook - Refund has not been received

I had booked a ticket from travelook on *th of may to return to hometown when the corona pandemic was on its peak. I found out after sometime that it was not booked and the amount will be refunded within * working days. I had no money to book another flight then, i somehow managed to book it, borrowing from people which made me mentally exhausted. Since then its the *rd month and my money has not been refunded. I call after every * working days and they ask me to wait every time. I m frustated by the delay and feel victimised. Being a student who pays his own expenses, without that money i m facing many hardships.
