Travolook Com - Refund has not be initiated since 2 Months

I booked a Flight ticket on Travolook.in from Pune to Bangalore and After making the payment I get email as Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF********* and Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF*********.
After I tried calling customer care , the executive said we have initiated the refund and will be processed in ** Days. I awaited and called them back when I did not received the refund, They said due to technical we have reprocess it it will be done in a weeks time, still I did not received the refund now they are just giving the same promise but no refund has given yet.
