I booked my flights from New Delhi to Seattle via booking number NN*************. Due to covid pandemic, my ticket was converted to open status. Now, on *th july ****, i was re-checking my status and the makemytrip site asked me again to make it into an open status ticket which I did. I also recieved a message in the whatsapp for the same, that my ticket is in open state and they will call me for confirmation. But now when i recieved their email, it says y booking is cancelled. i have not clicked on anywhere it says cancelled, and still they cancelled the tickets. I am diheartened as I had booking done on good prices and now they will charge me a fortune for another booking. please get my booking re*instated.
