Yoatx - Refund From Yoatx

i have prepaid the product of CMF buds from Yoatx and on saturday **-**-**** around **:** am i got a call from delivery agent that my product package is damaged and item is miised so they requested to cancellation and asked cancellation OTP and i gave it to them and my product cancelled but when i try to cantact the support unit in Yoatx they didnt respond and i messaged again and again through Gmail. still no responce from any team members its been * day and i still cant get in cantact with them and didnt receive my money. according to yoatx website the refund will process within *-*days but i didnt get my money from them. there are more like me still purchasing from this company so please investigate the yoatx company located (cuz in website their location is misleading info)and recover my refund money
