I engaged Y-Axis Immigration Services for assistance with the German Opportunity Card (OC) visa and paid approximately ₹**,***/- (inclusive of GST) as consultancy fees. As the process was new to me, I relied on their guidance and professional expertise.

Due to personal and professional reasons, I formally requested a withdrawal and refund in September ****. Since then, despite consistent follow-ups over several months, there has been no clear resolution, defined timeline, or accountability communicated regarding the refund.

What is particularly concerning is the inconsistency in service. The team was prompt and responsive during the payment and onboarding stage; however, once a refund was formally requested, communication became delayed and unclear. Responses largely referenced clauses and technicalities, without addressing the core issue or providing a concrete outcome.

In a service-driven industry—especially one involving significant financial investment and life decisions—transparency, ethical practices, and timely communication are essential. Prolonged delays and lack of clarity undermine client trust and confidence. I expect this matter to be reviewed responsibly and resolved at the earliest, with the refund processed without any further delay.
