I booked a car by paying Rs. **** in Srt tataon ** May **** via executive as he said loan will be arranged with zero down payment and a week later i was informed to pay *.*lakh and i went to showroom, produced the booking cancellation letter on ** Aug ****. When i asked them it was said its under process. I went to showroom on may **** and gave the second letter and they said you will be called when cheque is ready, but no response and shouted the executive gain i was asked to submit the letter as they missed the letter, so i mailed all the details on ** Nov **** and went to showroom on * Dec **** and again i signed it for cancellation but no proper response whenever i call them. Now i need the refund amount **** with the compensation as its more than a year.
