Simplilearn Com - Refund from Simplilearn

My name is Vipin, and I was looking for a course to upgrade my skills and get a job with better salary. I enquired a course from Simplilearn. After putting the details on their website, I got a call from the sales person Named Pooja and she suggested Data Science course to me. I specifically mentioned that I am not a coder and dont know coding at all. She said coding is not the part of this course and that is why we dont have test/exam for the admission, just share your academic percentages. She mentioned that their are financial partners who offer no cost EMI so you will not face any issue. Post completing the course you get the job with **-** LPA.
I requested for a trial class to understand the details about the course but she denied and forced me to enroll for the program.
As the financial partner has a tie up and get ** percent with every deal, finance guy called me and mentioned that we have received your request and to confirm that can you please share the OTP.
Later I realized that OTP was processing the amount and not for confirming the application. From this incident only, I was not a getting a good and feeling like cheated. Once the payment was done she did not answer my call for * days and then the sales person gave me the trial post * days which was outside their refund policy.
When i first attended the class, faculty was conducting the coding class with small programs in Python. I was in shock and checked what is the scope of this course after completion, faculty mentioned that as this will be a new domain so you can expect the package from * to * LPA not more than that as you will be fresher in this domain.
Since then I have raised so many complaints for refund, spoke to many company folks no one helped me.
Now their financial partner Liquiloan, they are abusive, threatening and asking the money which I never took from them into my account and Simplilearn is taking the undue advantage of this situation. I have a family and want to come out from this situation and request Simplilearn to help me the refund. I am struggling from more than a year and not finding any solution of my issues.
Later people called me from Simplilearn and mentioned that we have fired that sales person and faculty because we were getting so many such complaints and were convincing me to opt for other course. I asked for my refund from then no one looked into my case further.
