Hello,
Myself Pradeep Sharma, I purchased a holiday package product from Qnet Limited i.e.(Tripsavr Mega) of USD $****/- on **.**.**** and Receipt no-RC********. But after some days I realize the product is not useful for me and it’s very costly in terms of facilities, even though I have not used the product. So I decided to return the product and I requested a refund through email on **.**.**** to Qnet Limited Company.
Then I received a response from Qnet Company on **.**.**** that the product cannot be canceled. Then I replied to their email on **.**.**** asking the reason behind cancellation of refund request. On **.**.**** they replied to my email with the same email without explaining and describing any reason for cancellation of refund request. Then on **.**.**** I again requested the Qnet Company to refund my money back.
After waiting for so many days, I did not receive any reply to my email. Then I again emailed the company on **.**.**** for my refund and cancellation of the product. Still I have not received any email from the company and I waited for the company's reply for ** months. Then I again emailed the company on **.**.**** for my refund and cancellation of the product.
After waiting for so many days I received a reply from Company on **.**.**** that you have purchased the product on **.**.**** and after so many days why you want to cancel the product, and requested to me if you need any type of assistant please contact our Global support team centre.
On **.**.**** again I wrote an email to their Global support team centre for my refund of money and cancellation of product. After waiting for * month, I received a response from the company Global support team that your refund case is under process. Then on **.**.**** I received a mail from Global support team that your refund request has been approved for the amount USD $****.**/- after deducting (Admin Fees *% = $******%=$***.* + bank charges = $**/- + company commission $***.**/- and the amount will be refunded into your credit card that was used at the time of purchasing the product.
Then on **.**.**** I replied to their email that please transfer the refund into my bank account as per below :

not into a credit card that was used at the time of purchase. Because the company’s product was in USD currency and I was not having any source of payment like Credit card or online payment. So I requested my friend to do the payment through his Credit card. Now that person is not in my contact, so I requested the company transfer the refund amount into my above given bank account.

The product is in my name, also the above given bank details are registered into your Qnet company virtual portal account. So please transfer the refund amount into my bank account, not the *rd party Credit card. Even I don't even know where that person is and the credit card that was used while purchasing the product is Active or closed.

On **.**.****, I received an email from the company that as per the company we only refund the amount on original payment mode that was used on the purchasing time. We cannot transfer to any other credit card or any other saving account.

After that I wrote so many emails to the company and requested them to transfer the refund into my bank account not on *rd party credit card, but they were not ready to refund my money and gave the same excuses.

The last email was written by me on **.**.****, after that I have not received any email from Qnet Limited Company.
