Squareyards Gurgaon - Refund from Property real estate agent

I booked a property with help of Squareyards. Later due to change in terms by Property promoter/Developer (Smartworld), I had to cancel the same. I had informed about same to Squareyards in written as well as during face to face meeting and asked for their NOC. They principally agreed to same and things moved on. Later on they gave NOC over email also but didnt share the same in the format as required by Smartworld. I followed up with them on regular basis by writing to them. Finally I had to take the refund from Smartworld by getting the commission amount deducted. Now they are nor replying and repaying the commission amount. Had they given the NOC in proper format, I would have got my full amount refund. Now its been more than * months I have been following up with them.
