Bigbazar was shut down, and Reliance Retail has taken over all of the Bigbazar locations. I tried to reach Bigbazar (Future group) through phone numbers and other contacts but no number or mail id was reachable. I tried to reach the store which was closed for many months
I wrote mail to return my money back and send him some documents which they need after waiting no response from them and I sent again and again reminding mail
Now just hoping that they will give me my money back.
