I was using OTIPY platform to buy grocery items on daily basis.OTIPY has wallet based system to add money and do shopping of items.
Since I have been regularly buying items from them my wallet balance is Rs****.Now they have stopped all operations and I m unable to get the refund.
Plz help
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

They cant keep innocent customer's money like this. One fine day stopped operation and not refunding the money which was in the wallet.
