Sub : Escalation Regarding Unauthorised Deduction of Rs ****
Dear Naukri Team,
I am writing to seriously escalate my concern regarding the unauthorised deduction of Rs
**** from my account. I had previously taken service from Naukri *** and had already
requested cancellation of the service. Despite this, the amount has been deducted again
without my approval or any confirmation from my side.
This situation is extremely disappointing and has caused unnecessary stress. As a customer, I
expect proper consent before any payment deduction is made. Deducting money after
cancellation without informing the customer is not acceptable.
I request you to look into this matter on priority and process the full refund of Rs **** back
to my account as soon as possible. Please treat this as an urgent escalation and ensure that
no further deductions happen in future.
Also, I would like to clearly mention that I do not want to receive any marketing or support
calls regarding this issue. Kindly communicate only through email or message and share the
refund status at the earliest.
