ponmari Residency Ooty - Refund from hotel

I had booked * rooms at ponmari residency ooty on *nd November **** and check in date was **th December ****.And paid them advance of Rs **** on *th November ****. Due to change in plans I had to cancel the booking and booking was cancelled on *th November on condition that they will refund the amount. I had cancelled more than one month in before the check in date and I was eligible for full refund. Its been more than one year they have not refunded amount. Every time I call them they assure me of refund. That is I am forced to file complaint. I want not only the refund but also compensation from them.
