GO INDIGO - Refund from GOINDIGO
SATYABHAMA MISHRA MAHAPATRA filed complaint against GO INDIGO on May 19, 2020
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked the ticket Indigo website on **th Dec **** to travel on **th May from Mumbai to Bangalore and from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar and then Bhubaneswar to Mumbai.
Now am asking the Indigo Airlines to refund the full amount of ticket as the flight got cancelled in the wake of restrictions imposed due to Corona pandemic. They are providing Credit Shell valid upto one year which is straight forward violation of Civil Aviation Requirement of May **** wherein its up to the passenger discretion whether he or she wants to refund amount to the Credit Shell not the Airlines decision.
It’s totally immoral and illegal to hold money of a passenger by Indigo Airlines.
I hope you will look into the matter.
