I tried an ads campaign on Instagram for ** Rupees as it is around *$ But accidentally due to currency confusion i added **$ instead of ** rupees on ** September **** that is around **** Rs And the biggest fraud these companies do is like in our Indian companies there is always a double confirmation with sms that you are sure to debit that amount but these Mnc Companies the time you add card details there is no confirmation. i tried many things to get a refund from Facebook but they said there is no refund policy hell like the humans never make mistake that they want to say and this is how Facebook is looting people specially Indians where they have a big consumer market. I am a student and Rs**** is a big amount for me . I request Facebook to refund my amount or contact me on my email id which i provide to these voxya.com. Please Facebook please.
